Blacks Legal was formed with the principal goal of providing specialist commercial and corporate work that was normally only available with large City firms at a hefty premium. Our firm utilises the extensive business world experience of our founders, alongside our legal training. Having operated several businesses before entering the legal profession, Kas does not merely provide theoretical advice; he provides commercial strategy rooted in the experience of a founder who has sat on both sides of the table. His practice focuses on commercial property, intellectual property rights, and complex partnership agreements for entrepreneurs. Kas also provides expert counsel on sports, media, and entertainment contracts, managing bespoke instructions for celebrity clients and public figures
Francis Okeke
