What Is A Commercial Lease Agreement?

A commercial lease is simply a tenancy agreement for a business premises. There are several similar factors to a residential contract, specifically; there will need to be a tenant and a landlord, and once signed it’s a legally binding contract. This is often referred to as the ‘Heads of Terms’ agreement. It is also advised to work with a surveyor or property agent alongside a solicitor to gather an overview of the property condition before proceeding as you may be liable for any repairs.
